Job Summary
Post rental collections, make bank deposits, and oversee accounting functions for the community while supporting leasing consultants and managing resident lease files. Conduct monthly market surveys to recommend pricing changes, process notices to vacate and manage delinquency, and field resident concerns to coordinate resolutions. Assume leadership of the community in the absence of the Community Manager and perform administrative duties as assigned. Requires BA/BS in business, strong collections and accounting skills, and MS Office expertise. Hourly rate $28.84–$35.35 with performance-based incentives. Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in business, sales, or related field
- Strong collections experience
- Accounting/Bookkeeping skills
- 1+ years of experience in property management industry
- Previous supervisory experience
- Leasing experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Excel
