Job Summary
Assist the on-site team at Baldwyn Apartments (235 units) by supporting the Community Manager with financial and operational tasks, including collecting rent and payments, processing invoices, preparing daily bank deposits and financial reports, reconciling accounts, and maintaining resident files. Responsibilities encompass overseeing day-to-day financial operations, coordinating with leasing and marketing teams to serve residents, conducting in-person tours with prospects, and ensuring compliance with lease terms and company procedures. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and proficiency with property management software, along with the ability to supervise in the Community Manager’s absence and assist in vendor and owner communications. The position emphasizes a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to budgeting, reporting, and daily operations within a residential community managed by Greystar.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management
- Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata)
- Valid driver’s license
- Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
