Assistant Community Manager

Job Summary
Provide administrative support to Community Managers while communicating with homeowners regarding CC&R compliance and managing community inspections. Partner with the Management Team to ensure adherence to state and federal laws, oversee design review guidelines, and assist in reviewing bid proposals. Maintain accurate association records, submit community accounts payable, and update disclosure packages. Design marketing materials for communities, track architectural submittals, and maintain vendor relationships. Travel to assigned communities and attend meetings as needed. Submit required documents to Executive Directives, process appeal requests, and manage insurance certificates. Utilize personal automobile for commuting and driving to inspect common areas. Maintain strict adherence to deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- in-depth knowledge of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R's) and management contracts
- Strong computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal skills: positive written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
- Exceptional organization and tracking skills
- Proven customer service experience, with a strong emphasis on problem resolution
- Ability to multitask, prepare and process large amounts of administrative and customer service items
- Ability to function efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact and work positively and effectively with staff at all levels
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management, staff, residents and Boards of Directors
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within the department as well as with other departments
- Utilizing personal automobile for commuting to and from assigned communities
- Walking and/or driving communities to inspect common areas per management contract
