Job Summary
Assistant Community Manager at Amelia Apartments will be the front line for resident experience and support. You will receive resident issues, payments, lease inquiries, and provide a positive and genuine experience, using strong communication skills and consultative selling to assist residents. You will also oversee the leasing team and provide assistance as needed, contributing to leasing performance and community success.
Required Qualifications
- Multifamily experience required
- Yardi experience/knowledge preferred
- Customer-focused attitude and great interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of technology products including OneSite
- Problem-solving skills
- Sales savvy and eager to help people find the right home
- Microsoft Office product suite: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook
