Job Summary
Assist the Community Manager with overall property management, including financial and accounting aspects such as processing payments, tracking late fees, handling NSF checks, and managing collections and evictions. Execute all functions related to multi-family property leasing, marketing, and resident relations. Supervise the entire onsite staff during the Community Manager's absence, assuming Property Manager duties and authority as needed. Maintain compliance with company policy, Fair Housing Laws, and local ordinances while utilizing property management software and Microsoft Office. This role supports the Allied Orion Group's multi-family portfolio, requiring strong supervisory skills and a background in leasing, accounting, and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of experience in multi-family property management
- Multi-family leasing, accounting, marketing and customer service background or a combination of accounting skills/education with customer service experience
- Supervisory skills sufficient to manage team members in the Community Manager's absence
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
- Ability to interact professionally with residents, vendors, contractors and clients
- Mathematical skills
- Proficiency in using office equipment, property management software(s), as well as Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, OSHA Requirements, EEOC Laws, and Local, City and State Ordinances

- National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP)
- Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS)
- Tax Credit Specialist (TCS)
- Housing Quality Standards (HQS)
- Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS)
- LIHTC training
