Job Summary

Oversee daily community operations, manage resident accounts, and process rent collections while handling delinquency follow-ups and tenant notices. Support leasing by processing applications, conducting screenings, and assisting prospective residents, then coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely service requests and apartment turns. Respond promptly to resident concerns, maintain accurate financial records and resident files, and assist with lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies while supporting community marketing and occupancy initiatives. This role requires on-site work as scheduled, with property assignments subject to modification based on business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current automobile insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous residential property management, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience
  • Two or more years of residential leasing and/or property management experience
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members
  • Experience managing rent collections, resident accounts, and financial processes
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing practices and multifamily operations
  • Bilingual skills

Desired Qualifications
