Assistant Community Manager supporting Fireside at Norterra by delivering elevated customer service and in-depth knowledge of CC&Rs. Responsibilities include enforcing CC&Rs and management contracts, coordinating with homeowners, vendors, and board members, conducting routine compliance inspections, assisting with architectural submittals and meetings, preparing documentation for board review, managing records and communications, processing accounts payable, and maintaining association records and website content. Skills include strong computer proficiency, exceptional interpersonal and written communication, ability to multitask in a high-volume environment, organization and tracking, problem resolution, and collaboration with staff and committees.
