Job Summary
Assist in managing all aspects of a building’s occupancy and maintenance. Meet with prospective tenants to show properties, conduct interviews, receive rental applications and explain terms of occupancy. Produce and distribute notices for non-payment of rent; conduct apartment inspections; place approved advertising; build relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members; collaborate to attract new tenants; process applications and credit checks; communicate professionally with tenants regarding property-related issues; collect and maintain rent records; comply with anti-discrimination laws; walk properties and ready units for quality and cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of property management experience
