Job Summary
Assist the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community: process rent and payments, prepare daily and monthly financial reports, manage invoices and payables, operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata), review resident files and delinquencies, coordinate evictions as needed, handle move-outs and deposits, enhance resident satisfaction, and support leasing and marketing activities; require a bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years in property management or residence-life, with strong communications and software proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management
- Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team
