Job Summary
Manage rent collections, delinquencies, and resident records while reporting property financial data to the Community Director. Maintain accounts receivable, lease the community, and market the property through direct communication with residents, vendors, and leadership. Participate in CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs, ensuring health and safety priorities for all stakeholders. Perform daily operations in office and field environments, including property inspections and tours, while adhering to a flexible schedule that may include weekends and emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Possess a valid driver's license
- current automobile insurance
- Able to adhere to set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergencies
- Able to adhere to company policies, procedures, and practices
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Able to maintain a professional and ethical atmosphere
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook software
- Able to perform work responsibilities at locations other than 'home' property
- Able to travel within major metropolitan areas
- Requires frequent walking throughout the property, including climbing stairs
- Position involves standing, sitting, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting of office supplies or marketing materials up to 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Yardi software experience
- 1-2 years of on-site management operations knowledge
