Job Summary
Assistant Community Director will support our mission through considerate and effective communications with residents, while taking ownership of rent collections, maintaining resident records, managing delinquencies, and reporting the property’s financial data. Responsibilities include maintaining accounts receivable, managing resident records and reporting, assisting the Community Director, leasing the community, marketing the community, and coordinating with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and the CWS team. The role requires adherence to company policies, ability to travel within major metropolitan areas, and willingness to participate in safety and risk management programs. The position emphasizes building positive resident relations and a professional, ethical work environment in a multifamily housing setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED (required)
- Yardi software experience (preferred)
- 1-2 years of on-site management operations knowledge (preferred)
- Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance (required)
- Able to travel within major metropolitan areas and may be required to attend company functions in other cities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook software
