Job Summary
Address resident concerns professionally, lead rent collection efforts including lease terminations, and inspect apartments during move-ins and move-outs. Set standards for leasing agents, tour and lease units, and model effective sales techniques while assisting in staff training. Manage the property's budget to increase net operating income and act as the Property Manager when absent. This role requires OneSite experience, a minimum of one year as an Assistant Property Manager, and the ability to meet sales and customer service objectives. You must be reliable, work a varied schedule including weekends, and hold a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-year experience as an Assistant Property Manager at a conventional apartment community
- OneSite experience
- Attendance and punctuality
- Ability to meet and exceed sales and customer service objectives
- Exceptional customer service/leasing skills
- Friendly outgoing personality
- Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be reliable and able to take charge in absence of manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation
