Job Summary
Assistant Community Director at a 140-unit mid-rise apartment community in Everett, WA. The role focuses on leasing and community operations: connecting with prospects via email/phone/appointments and conducting virtual and/or in-person unit tours; assisting residents and fostering healthy resident relations; researching/forecasting market trends and preparing reports for the Community Director; organizing resident events; managing leasing and renewal transactions and maintaining accurate records; and contributing to property operations. Requires 2+ years of property management experience (or 3+ years leasing experience), experience with Class A/B communities, knowledge of Fair Housing/ADA laws, strong customer service, and MS Office proficiency. On-site schedule Tue-Sat 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; HS diploma/GED; relocation possible to start; 140-unit property built in 2020.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of property management experience with 1+ year as an assistant, or 3+ years of leasing/property management experience within the last 10 years
- Must have experience working at Class A and/or Class B communities
- Must be well-versed in Federal Fair Housing Laws, landlord-tenant laws and ADA Laws
- Customer service experience required
- Onesite and/or Knock experience preferred
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
