Job Summary
Conduct daily telephone client reception, manage email flows, and process orders including receiving, preparation, and shipping. Execute phone prospecting to schedule commercial appointments, handle contract follow-up and entry, manage supplier invoicing, and oversee contract collection. Report directly to the commercial director to support the XEFI Network's development across France and Europe. Based in the Paris region with weekly north France travel.
