Job Summary
Assist the Athletic Head Coach in planning and supervising practices, scouting, and recruiting; aid in coaching student athletes during competition; serve as an on-site Residence Hall Staff member responsible for administration, supervision, safety, and student services within the residence hall; act as liaison with the Sports Information Director (SID) for the assigned sport; supervise 75–150 resident students; enforce campus and residence life policies; collaborate with Campus Safety on emergencies and safety protocols; coordinate with SID for media promotion; contribute to development of competitive athletic programs; maintain a welcoming and safe environment and promote belonging; requires evening and weekend availability and on-site residency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of experience and education that yields the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Must live on-site in the assigned residence hall.
- Evening and weekend availability.
