Assistant Coach – Wrestling (Boys) - Lee's Summit West HS

Coach the boys Wrestling team, manage all program aspects including practices, competitions, and off-season strength and conditioning, and provide feedback to student athletes. Scout opponents, assist with a fiscally sound budget, and monitor class schedules, grades, and academic progress while intervening where appropriate. Drive student-athlete retention, articulate with the feeder middle school program, and provide summer camp opportunities for elementary and/or middle school students. Promote the boys Wrestling program throughout the 2026-27 school year.
