Job Summary
Assistant Wrestling Coach for Klamath Union High School (2026-2027 school year). Supports a comprehensive coaching program, supervises components of the summer and off-season Strength & Conditioning program, actively recruits potential athletes, and maintains statistics, attendance, and records. Works with the Head Coach to build a vision for the program, develop the annual competition schedule, recommend equipment and supply purchases, manage uniforms, and communicate program details to players, parents, and the public. Emphasizes discipline, academics, and sportsmanship; upholds rules and program procedures; includes pre-employment screening and background checks. Certifications in OSAA as well as First Aid/CPR/AED are relevant, with OSAA certifications and training courses required and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications preferred.
