Job Summary
Assist the Head Coach with the administration and organization of the NCAA Division III women’s soccer program in the Centennial Conference at Ursinus College. Key duties include preparing, scheduling, and organizing daily practice sessions, game preparation, and off-season training; recruiting prospective student-athletes in accordance with NCAA, Centennial Conference, and Ursinus College policies; providing advising, mentoring, and support to student-athletes; collaborating with athletic training personnel to maximize safety and wellness; maintaining a focus on the welfare of student-athletes, ethical decision-making, and outstanding sportsmanship; and executing responsibilities in a manner that reflects the program’s and department’s commitment to excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Knowledge of rules and techniques of soccer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning ability
- Knowledge of NCAA Division III and Centennial Conference rules and regulations
