Job Summary
Assist the head coach with recruiting, evaluating, and retaining qualified student-athletes; develop and implement training, practice, and conditioning programs; oversee equipment procurement and inventory; assist with game-day operations and fan engagement; ensure compliance with NAIA, Sun Conference, and institutional rules; foster a positive team culture focused on academic achievement, leadership development, community engagement, and student-athlete well-being.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of soccer coaching or similar experience
- GED or High School Diploma
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Criminal background check may include a Level II screening as required by Florida Statute §435.04
- Employment is part-time with evenings and weekends on-site; salary stated as target hiring rate ($19.23/hour, approx. $20,000/year)
