Job Summary
Teach players rules, regulations, skills, and techniques while providing coaching leadership and supervision for the Women's Soccer program. Organize individual and small group practice sessions, assess player skills, and monitor both players and assistant coaches during competition and training. Develop home and away game schedules, manage team equipment inventory and expenses, and ensure adherence to NCAA Division II and CACC regulations. Monitor academic progress of student-athletes and assist in recruiting qualified athletes while providing statistical and promotional information to the sports information director.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of collegiate coaching experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA Division II and Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) rules and regulations
- Ability and willingness to complete all NCAA compliance requirements in accordance with the timelines provided by the NCAA governing body
- Ability and willingness to abide by all NCAA policies, regulations and codes of conduct
- Ability and willingness to support and promote the Felician Franciscan core values and mission of the University
