Job Summary
Conduct programs in accordance with NAIA guidelines and the Christ-centered mission of Warner University while recruiting, retaining, and supporting the academic success of student athletes. Provide a positive, community-focused atmosphere that enforces appropriate behavior during practices and contests. Stay current on rule changes, training techniques, and game strategies, and maintain compliance with NAIA, NCCAA, Sun Conference, and college regulations. Develop recruitment strategies, keep accurate participation records, and manage athletic game scheduling and budgets. Maintain van certification, communicate maintenance issues, and ensure vehicle cleanliness. Implement the spiritual formation plan designed by the Head Coach.
Required Qualifications
- knowledge of The NAIA, The NCCAA, The Sun Conference, and college rules and regulations
- van certification through Warner University
