Job Summary
Coordinate recruiting, advising, and coaching for the NCAA Division II Women's Lacrosse program, ensuring student-athletes meet academic and mission-fit standards. Assist with scheduling practices, games, and travel itineraries while mentoring athletes in personal, spiritual, and academic growth. Represent the university at Sunshine State Conference and national meetings as assigned. Maintain compliance with NCAA, conference, and university regulations. This is a full-time, 10-month position requiring 3+ years of collegiate sports experience, a Bachelor's degree, and valid driver's license.

- Ability to traverse campus and stairs
- Ability to lift/move objects up to 25 pounds
