Job Summary
Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach responsible for developing a Division I intercollegiate lacrosse program. Duties include player development and evaluation, scouting/film analysis, fundraising, and monitoring student-athlete academic progress and compliance with NCAA rules and regulations. Bachelor’s degree is required with Division I coaching experience preferred. Must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and be able to work effectively with staff, faculty, and the university community. The successful candidate must articulate the values of Mercer education and the role of intercollegiate athletics in student-athlete development; in-person collaboration is emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college is required
- Division I coaching experience preferred
