Job Summary
Assistant Coach, Women’s Lacrosse at Le Moyne College (Syracuse, NY). Part-time 10-month role supporting NCAA Division I women’s lacrosse program with 75% instructional and 25% recruitment/administrative duties. Responsibilities include NCAA compliance assistance, ARMS workflows, maintaining certifications (DI/NEC modules, First Aid/CPR/AED), budget documentation, enrollment-management support, Title IX compliance efforts, developing and distributing recruiting materials, maintaining recruiting records, and coordinating with various departments on game management, academic support, fundraising, and community/service initiatives. Requires Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 1–2 years in collegiate women’s lacrosse recruiting/compliance, First Aid/CPR/AED certification, and a valid U.S. driver’s license. Pay ranges from $19,500 to $21,000 annually; on-site, part-time position in Syracuse, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 1 to 2 years of progressive experience in the conduct of a collegiate level women’s lacrosse program with proven success in recruiting high quality student athletes and/or equivalent related experiences
- Knowledge of NCAA and NEC conference rules as they pertain to women’s lacrosse
- First Aid/CPR/AED certified and completion of required DI and NEC modules prior to off-campus recruiting activities and countable athletically related activities
- Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation or ability to rent a vehicle for recruiting sites
