Assistant Coach Women's Ice Hockey

Assist the Head Coach in planning, developing, and administering the women's ice hockey program, including player development, game day strategies, and film breakdown. Support recruitment and retention efforts while overseeing academic oversight and equipment maintenance. Execute in-gym sessions, coordinate travel logistics for road contests, and develop fundraising strategies. Collaborate with leadership to determine program goals and implement team policies aligned with institutional philosophy. This role requires physical work, travel, and availability for nights, weekends, and overtime during the season.
