Job Summary
Instruct student-athletes on skills, techniques, and NCAA rules while assessing comprehension and providing individualized coaching and mentoring. Prepare teams for competition and practice by reviewing film, breaking down opponent performance, and designing daily practice activities. Administer sport camps as directed and initiate communication with recruits to identify talent. Complete administrative duties including reviewing film for staff and researching training methods for physical health and safety. Perform these responsibilities in compliance with College, Patriot League, and NCAA regulations. This part-time, exempt role requires 20 hours weekly from January 16 to May 15, 2027, with a salary of $10,000. A Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of coaching experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years prior experience instructing and coaching
- Division I level experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to code and evaluate film
