Job Summary
Assist the head coach with planning and teaching the rules, techniques, and skills of basketball to develop players; direct individual and group practice activities as assigned by the head coach; monitor student athletes during practices and competitions; requires completion of a mandatory Virginia High School League coaches certification; previous coaching experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have completed or complete a mandatory coaches certification class under the Virginia High School League.
