Job Summary
Coach athletes in jumps and multi-events for a nationally competitive Division I track program, developing their physical, mental, and personal abilities. Execute a recruiting plan to attract student-athletes on national and international levels, including traveling to meet prospects and managing the recruiting database. Coordinate team travel to away competitions, assist with alumni events and Friends Group development, and maintain social media platforms. Uphold the Department of Athletics mission and adhere to Ivy League and NCAA policies. This temporary role requires nights and weekends, with overtime eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent coaching experience
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- First Aid, AED, and CPR certification within four months of hire
- Proficient with MS office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Nights and weekends required
- Eligible for Overtime
