Job Summary
Assistant Coach for Men’s Ice Hockey at Post University supports the Head Coach in program operations, including student-athlete development, recruitment, academic support, and team logistics. Responsible for planning/directing training, evaluating student-athlete performance, maintaining NCAA compliance, and assisting with scouting, game strategy, and travel coordination within budget guidelines. Role involves recruiting activities, database management, and communication with recruits; requires familiarity with NCAA rules, hockey concepts, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and video analysis tools. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Schedule is flexible and nights/weekends are required. Bachelor’s degree required; coaching or playing experience preferred. FDA: equal opportunity employer.
