Job Summary
The Assistant Coach, Men's Ice Hockey at Brown University is responsible for supporting the Head Coach in practice planning, game strategy, and player mentorship. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of NCAA rules, athlete skill development, and recruiting processes. This role requires effective communication with athletes, effective organizational skills, and the ability to use performance analysis tools. Coaching experience at the collegiate level is preferred, along with an understanding of injury prevention and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level
- Strong knowledge of the sport and player development
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
