Job Summary
Assist the head coach with planning and teaching student-athletes the rules, techniques, and equipment to become better football players. Direct individual and group practice activities and monitor student-athletes during practices and competitions. This role supports the Heritage High School JV Football program, reporting to the Athletic Director. Previous coaching experience and a mandatory Virginia High School League certification are required. Minimal travel to neighboring localities may be necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in football and football techniques
- Completed or completed a mandatory coaches certification class under the Virginia High School League
- Minimal travel may be required to and/or from sporting events within neighboring localities
