Job Summary
Teach and coach student-athletes in girls varsity flag football and assist the Head Coach to align with program philosophy. Responsibilities include teaching skills, rules, and safety, coordinating practices and competitions, coordinating with the Athletic Trainer for medical and physical training services, and ensuring student-athlete safety and conduct. Ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with school constituents; schedule is Monday–Friday 3:00PM–5:30PM with some weekends and extended hours; minimum two years of coaching experience and a Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred. Pay: $18–$20 per hour; potential season earnings $2,500–$3,000. Location: Carlsbad, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- 2+ years of coaching experience
- Collegiate level athlete or higher preferred
- Current involvement in coaching club sports is preferred
