Job Summary

Assistant Coach for Girls Soccer responsible for planning and conducting practices, teaching sport-specific skills, developing game strategies, fostering teamwork and leadership, maintaining safety, coordinating equipment, communicating with student-athletes, parents, staff, and administration, and supporting recruitment and program operations. Required Qualifications

  • Previous coaching experience in the assigned sport or related athletic experience preferred.

  • Ability to work effectively with high school-aged students in a structured and supportive environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire student-athletes while maintaining high expectations.
