Prioritize character, sportsmanship, and academic responsibility over competition wins. Plan, schedule, and supervise all practices to ensure a safe, structured environment, responding appropriately to injuries and documenting minor incidents per the Incident/Accident/Injury Report. Communicate consistently with players, parents, and administration through established systems.
