Assist in recruiting a high-quality girls flag football team (minimum 15 athletes); coordinate schedules for physicals, transportation, fundraisers; develop practice plans; monitor injuries; lead Senior Night; provide coaching on rules, motivation, conditioning, nutrition, safety; track player performance; foster team cohesion; maintain family communications and plan parent meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- NJSIAA Certified
- CPR & First Aid Certified
- Proven track record of successful leadership and team progression
- Must be available for all games
