Job Summary
Assist Head Coach of the High School girls varsity soccer program for the 2026-27 school year. Aid in creating a positive environment of teamwork, sportsmanship and discipline, collaborate on organizing team practices, travel logistics and game management decisions, and instruct student athletes in fundamentals, rules and strategies of the game. Support the soccer program to maximize the educational and athletic potential of all student-athletes; model appropriate sports-like conduct toward players, officials, and spectators. Season length is approximately 10 weeks (Aug 24–end of October) with preseason and regular practices, two hours per session and up to three sessions per week after school, plus league games and playoffs. Pay rate: 3,000 per season. Must upload a cover letter and resume. In compliance with federal law, all hires must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- First-Aid-CPR-AED Certified
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in physical education or related area; any level of coaching certification from a recognized sport governing body
