Job Summary
Conduct daily cross country instruction by teaching rules, regulations, and techniques to student athletes. Monitor and assess player skills during practices and competitions while supervising their execution of game strategies. Organize practice activities and exercises to prepare athletes for athletic competition, fostering an appreciation for the sport through motivation and strategic guidance. Occasional travel to and from meets is required.
Required Qualifications
- Past play experience in cross country
- Knowledge of the rules of Cross Country
- Ability to lead and coach students
- Occasional travel to and from meets
