Job Summary
Assist the Head Coach in planning, organizing, and executing daily training sessions while designing exercises aligned with the club's game model. Provide coaching feedback during training and match environments, and support individualized player development through mentorship and Individual Development Plans. Collaborate with technical, performance, and medical staff to reinforce the coaching philosophy, conduct video analysis of team and opponent performance, and identify talent for recruitment. Model club values by building a high-performance culture and maintaining compliance with league and federation policies.
Required Qualifications
- Professional coaching experience
- experience within a professional, academy, collegiate, or elite competitive environment
Desired Qualifications
- USSF A License
- candidates actively pursuing advanced coaching licenses
