Job Summary
Assist the Head Coach with soccer program operations, recruiting, tryouts, and coaching the intercollegiate team. Travel with the team when required; supervise staff and student-athletes during travel. Support promotions/marketing efforts and promote the academic success of student-athletes, including monitoring eligibility. Maintain professional conduct as a representative of the College; assist with scheduling, organizing, supervising, and conducting practices and games. Familiarity with USCAA rules is a plus; first aid/CPR certification is a bonus. Flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to best fit team needs.
