Job Summary
Assist the Head Coach in developing and overseeing the KU Boys Basketball program for the 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities include supervising preseason activities, contributing to the Summer and Off-Season Strength & Conditioning program, recruiting potential athletes, maintaining statistics and records, enforcing behavior expectations, ensuring athlete safety and compliance with rules, supporting fundraising efforts, coordinating equipment and uniforms, and maintaining clear communications with players, parents, and the public. Requires competency in coaching techniques and knowledge of OSAA rules; involvement in schedule development, program vision, and overall athlete development.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in coaching, strength & conditioning, and program development; OSAA Certifications and Training Courses; CPR/AED First Aid certifications preferred.
