Assistant Coach - Baseball

Assist the Head Baseball Coach with instructing players on rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques while organizing individual and small group practice activities. Monitor athletes during competition and practice, assess their skills, and keep the coach informed of athletic performance. Supervise athletes during practices and competitions, follow established injury procedures, and maintain the equipment room's orderly condition and security. Distribute equipment, supplies, and uniforms as directed, and submit award winner lists at season's end. Participate in special events including parent nights, banquets, and pep assemblies, while modeling appropriate conduct and fostering the Christian faith through prayer and team mass. Complete staff development meetings and perform assigned administrative tasks such as managing eligibility forms and emergency data cards.
