Assistant Coach (Assistant Store Manager)

The Assistant Coach acts as the Assistant Store Manager for a national Rally House retail location, focusing on driving store performance through ownership of day-to-day operations, coaching and developing teammates, and maintaining an organized, guest-focused environment. Responsible for partnering with the Head Coach on talent attraction, onboarding, and development; coaching performance with constructive feedback; ensuring compliance with safety, cash handling, and policy standards; leading merchandising and visual execution; managing service quality and customer experience; and supporting payroll planning, special events, and daily/weekly performance goals. Key skills include leadership and coaching, effective communication, prioritization and delegation, adaptability, customer-centric mindset, and strong retail/store operations knowledge. Requires 3+ years in retail with 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred; availability to work 10-20 hours/week with open availability including daytime, nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.
