Job Summary

Oversee financial operations and performance across multiple properties within the cluster, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions to achieve budgeted targets. Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior leadership, while developing, monitoring, and managing departmental budgets and capital expenditure plans. Lead and mentor finance team members, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and Saudi Arabia-specific regulatory obligations. Collaborate with department heads to identify cost optimization opportunities and manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions. Coordinate with external auditors and support strategic planning and long-term financial sustainability initiatives. This role requires a proactive, anticipatory approach with pre-opening experience as a must, reporting to the Cluster Director of Finance within the Red Sea Project.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality finance, with demonstrated expertise in multi-property financial management
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience managing finance teams
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, generally accepted accounting practices, and hospitality-specific accounting standards
  • Experience in pre-Opening
  • A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency with financial management systems and accounting software (Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabia's regulatory environment, tax requirements, and labor laws (preferred)
  • Experience in luxury hospitality operations and understanding of high-end resort management (preferred)
  • Familiarity with multi-currency operations and international financial management (preferred)
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification (preferred)
  • Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment
