Job Summary
Assist the Head Coach with managing all aspects of a competitive Club Ultimate Frisbee program by planning and attending team practices, competitions, and tournaments. Teach fundamental and advanced skills, strategy, and sportsmanship to foster a positive, inclusive team culture while educating student-athletes on Club Sports Handbook policies. Coordinate travel logistics for away events and ensure compliance with all Stevens Institute of Technology Club Sports policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Campus Recreation. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays based on the team's competition schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- First Aid certification
- CPR certification
- AED certification
Desired Qualifications
- Previous coaching or competitive playing experience in Ultimate Frisbee
- Collegiate coaching or club sports experience
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to mentor and motivate student-athletes in a student-led club sports environment
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays based on the team's competition schedule
