Job Summary
Assist in interviewing and recruiting member service representatives and fitness trainers while driving club metrics aligned with business performance. Lead by example to inspire teammates delivering exceptional service, monitor inventory, and review daily sales numbers to identify performance opportunities. Uphold company standards by managing a clean, friendly club environment and overseeing audits to ensure all areas are organized and in like-new condition. Ensure employees consistently execute basics in punctuality, dress code compliance, and cleanliness while supporting front-end employee growth through training and performance assessments. Perform other duties as assigned by the Club Manager to maintain operational excellence and financial stability.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a high degree of member care
- Previous experience leading teams in the retail or fitness environment
- Self-starter, motivated and enthusiastic about creating the best experience for members
- Well organized, reliable, detail oriented, and able to work without direct supervision in a team environment
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twisting, or crouch
