Job Summary
Assist the Club Manager with overseeing club operations, driving metrics for business performance, and managing inventory and sales numbers to ensure financial stability. Lead by example to inspire teammates in maintaining punctuality, dress code compliance, and cleanliness while executing club audits to keep the facility in "like new" condition. Support the interviewing and recruitment process for member service representatives and fitness trainers, ensuring all employees uphold company standards and the Judgement Free Zone mission.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a high degree of member care
- Previous experience leading teams in the retail or fitness environment
- Self-starter, motivated and enthusiastic about creating the best experience for members
- Well organized, reliable, detail oriented, and able to work without direct supervision in a team environment
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twisting, or crouch
