Job Summary
Oversee club operations, drive metrics for financial stability, and manage teammates to maintain a high-energy Judgement Free Zone. Assist with recruiting member service representatives and fitness trainers, while monitoring inventory and sales data to identify performance opportunities. Uphold company standards by ensuring a clean, organized facility and enforcing punctuality, dress code, and cleanliness across all staff. Conduct initial phone interviews, lead by example to build operational excellence, and perform other duties assigned by the Club Manager. This role supports United FP's mission to provide a safe, energetic environment where everyone feels accepted and respected.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a high degree of member care
- Previous experience leading teams in the retail or fitness environment
- Self-starter, motivated and enthusiastic about creating the best experience for members
- Well organized, reliable, detail oriented, and able to work without direct supervision in a team environment
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twisting, or crouch
