Job Summary
Assistant Manager for Anytime Fitness Kirwan to support Club Managers in daily operations, drive sales growth, support marketing initiatives, and deliver customer service. Role includes involvement in the club's relaunch/opening and requires a genuine passion for fitness, energy in engagement with people, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities emphasize sales activities, member engagement, and administrative duties; qualifications emphasize high-volume calling, customer service, content creation, and willingness to promote the club externally. Salary includes base pay with commission; training and a social work environment are offered. Working with Children and First Aid/CPR certification will be required.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent customer service and complaint resolution
- Confident with content creation and appearing on camera
- Availability to work some Saturdays
