Job Summary
Oversee closing operations as Assistant Closing Manager, serving as MOD and providing leadership within the club. Responsibilities include supervising Recovery, Utility, and Perishable departments (Produce, Meat, Bakery, Deli, Dairy/Freezer), ensuring cleanliness and readiness for morning open, enforcing policies, delivering a positive member experience, audit readiness, and training. Lead and develop teams, maintain GOLD standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate; LAST), drive club performance, manage onboarding/certifications, and ensure food safety with ServSafe and necessary qualifier for propane in FL. This role requires collaboration with department leads, adherence to safety protocols, and ongoing operation oversight during closing shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or warehouse perishable operations preferred
- SERV Safe certification required
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Open shift availability required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
