Assistant Clinical Supervisor-LABA

Conduct therapy sessions for assigned clients and assist the Clinical Supervisor with clinical and administrative tasks. Develop interventions focusing on positive practices, create materials for in-home and school-based programs, and provide ongoing training and consultation to families. Assist with intake processes, observations, and initial behavior assessments while shadowing Behavior Therapists to review progress reports and data. Perform Inter-Observer Agreements to ensure data accuracy and provide periodic performance feedback to therapists. Requires a LABA license or enrollment in a Master's program in ABA, 2-3 years of experience as a Behavior Therapist, and experience working with children ages 2-18 with developmental disabilities. Salary range is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.
